I will discuss with you how your particular business is organized, how it operates and its main focus and purpose.
Then:
1. Set up your QB file so that it functions with the least effort on your part but giving you the management information that you need.
2. If your QB system is already established, review it and recommend adjustments to fit you and your company.
3. Work with you for 3-4 months, to start, so that you understand how to keep the system functioning properly and how to correct for errors when they occur (and they will). There after I will monitor your system on a quarterly basis, or as needed, to review, assist and be available for questions.
4. Help you to set up budgets so that you may easily monitor your established goals for business growth, success, and tax liability awareness.
